Skoda India Launches NFT Platform on NEAR Protocol

The Indian branch of Skoda Auto, a Czech automobile manufacturer has unveiled a non-fungible token platform dedicated to forming long-term relationships with its customers. Skoda India’s marketplace will be built on the NEAR protocol. It is a carbon-neutral Layer 1 blockchain that permits the decentralized trading of digital assets.
The NFT platform will have a friendly user interface where traders and collectors can transact with crypto and various fiat currencies such as the Indian Rupee, US dollar, and the Euro. Skoda India exclusive content would be the first set of content on the marketplace. At the moment, the content and prices of these collectibles are not known. The company has earlier launched a phygital hoodie NFT collection wearable IRL in her metaverse. Skoda India aims to connect the worlds of digital collectibles and automobiles.

Skoda Auto promises to ensure a high-quality and engaging experience for collectors, permitting users to unlock experiences through their NFTs and create a deeper bond with the brand. Once the platform has been launched, collectors can access it through Skodaverse, the company’s metaverse.
