Solana faces the music at the Lollapalooza NFT Scavenger Hunt
Lollapalooza, the epic four-day celebration of loud music and extravagant revelry, has once again teamed up with the Solana Foundation.
During this year's star-studded event, attendees can take a break from the music to hunt down a wonderful assortment of digital assets by exploring the Solana Compound in quest of the spectacular QR-activated goodies.
Then, these items can be traded in for impressive festival prizes like backstage passes, exclusive experiences, Solana merchandise, and more. The event is scheduled from July 28th to 31st.
The player must acquire all four collections in 2022 in order to activate Dopamine and join the magical journey and Lollapalooza community.
At the Solana Compound (next to Solana X Perry's Stage), one collection will be unveiled each day of Lollapalooza. At the event, attendees can look for redemption tags throughout the Solana Compound and scan them using their phones. After scanning all the tags, the user can exchange them for products, VIP access, and more.
Solana’s Growing Ecosystem
Last year, Lollapalooza was also sponsored by Solana, which contributed to a 7% increase in token price. With multiple new improvements and products this year, the blockchain network has become more robust than ever. One such product is Phantom, a non-custodial wallet that enables users to store and communicate with decentralised applications on the Solana Blockchain. The network also introduced Holaplex, a platform that enables developers to create and mint Solana NFTs, and Magic Eden, a well-known store for Solana NFTs.
Solana's goal is to enable creators from many verticals to swiftly build their own storefront, mint NFTs at low cost, and auction their work directly to fans. This sponsorship will assist Solana in marketing its goods to a diverse group of creators and enthusiasts while also supporting an interesting event.
