Spider Tanks Announces Alien Invasion Event
Spider Tanks is holding a live training event for the upcoming alien invasion on September 6th at 11 AM PT on the US East server. All participating players will be given a special code to unlock the “Defender of the Union” Discord title, while having a chance of being one of the 5 Pilots to receive Bolts and Scrap Metal rewards.
Developer GAMEDIA has announced an upcoming alien invasion event for Spider Tanks, for which a live training test will be held on September 6th at 11 AM PT on the US East server.
This “live fire exercise” or “solar system wide readiness test” will serve as preparation to prove that all Pilots of The Planetary Union are ready to take on this invasion, with the training set to place in an exhibition space specifically designated for this event. A team of independent sentient assassin bots has managed to find out that the weaponry used by the invaders surpass those of humankind. Specifically, each of them is equipped with a neutrino pulse rifle that can send more than 700,000 Volts in a fraction of a second, thus requiring extreme caution and preparation.
By taking part in today’s event, all players will be awarded with the Discord title of “Defender of the Union” as a way to show the dedication of those performing their duty for The Planetary Union. The title will be earnable by entering a special code in Discord that all Pilots who participate will receive. In doing so, you not only get to wear an honorable title, but you also gain the chance to earn components, that is, up to 2500 Bolts and 1000 Scrap Metal. Only 5 participating players will receive these component rewards.
At the beginning of this month, the Spider Tanks team teamed up with Gala Music to bring rewards to VOIR DIRE album holders.
