Starbots Guildnation Championship event is now live
Next to the guild tournament featuring 8 different guilds, the 3rd season of the open beta has also kicked off while a new version of the Solana-based play-to-earn robot strategy game is now available.
The Guildnation Championship event of Starbots, a play-to-earn robot strategy game, is now officially live alongside the start of Open Beta Season 3.
Starting today, guild members of Good Games Guild, Real Deal Guild, Impossible Finance, The Juice Team, Synthesis, Tails of the AfterGlow, Dhrean’s League and the Akagami Crew can jump into the tournament to earn DP. Players part of a guild play the game normally as regular players, the difference being that guilds fight to have the most amount of DP for various rewards. The developers will calculate the amount of DP each guild member has, and the guild with the highest amount of DP will be rewarded with 120k $BOT as well as 7 Mythical and 3 Legendary Star Boxes. There’s a Special Daily and Weekly Leaderboard specifically for guilds that makes it easier to “track the rank as well as the total Dog Points (DP) between all registered players.” There’s also a bonus reward for “3 lucky participants.” The event ends on September 6th at 8 AM UTC. Alongside the guild-focused event is also the start of the 3rd season of the open beta, featuring rewards for the top 1000 players, with 1st place winning 10k vGEAR, 5k $BOT and 1 Mythical Star Box. The full list of rewards can be found here.
Version 1.2.0 of the Solana-based NFT strategy game has also been released, altering various body and gadget stats while making the avatar visible in the battle screen and introducing the Tutorial and Protection feature. The latter allows players to protect their DP for 1 hour a day for free. Those who’d like longer protection times can purchase a 4-hour shield for 100 $GEAR and an 8-hour shield for 180 $GEAR.
