STG Football Introduces Refer-a-Friend Program
The Refer-a-Friend Program allows STG Football players to recruit their friends to the free-to-play officially-licensed NFLPA football game in order to earn Gems when their referrals play a certain number of matches, redeeming the Gems for exclusive rewards.
SuperTeam Games has officially introduced the Refer-a-Friend Program to STG Football, a free-to-play arcade football game officially licensed by the NFLPA.
What Is the Refer-a-Friend Program?
The Refer-a-Friend Program is a referral program through which the studio aims to reward existing players by inviting their friends over to the Web3 title.
This friend referral system works in a simple way. Your friend downloads the game, where they will be able to input your in-game username as the “Recruiter” by clicking a green button either in the profile page or friends list, which takes them to a screen where they will find an area to place your name in. By doing so, your friend becomes your Recruit, which gives you a chance to earn Gems when your friend reaches certain milestones. These milestones including playing a certain amount of games. After your Recruit plays their first game, you will earn 50 gems, with more gems to be earned when your friend achieves 3, 10, 25, and 50 matches under their belt. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
What Are Gems Used for?
Gems can be spent in the store for exclusive rewards that include currency/XP bundles for leveling up your players, exclusive in-game cosmetics that include Endzone Effects, Stickers and TD Celebrations, as well as an exclusive Refer-a-Friend Pack Set “with all rarities available to be opened!” According to the official post, the Pack Set is “coming soon.”
