The developers of the roguelite third-person co-op shooter, Superior, have announced the start of Open Season II, giving everyone a limited-time chance of playing the stylish blockchain title for free until September 4th on Gala Games.
This means that the only thing you need to do is register an account for free on the Gala Games platform, allowing you to download and enjoy the action-packed title on PC without needing to own any NFT.
The season started on August 22nd, and you have until September 4th to enjoy the game for free. Once the special event is over, the game will revert back to requiring an Early Access Pass NFT or Prime Character NFT in order to play, so if you’ve been on the fence about purchasing a non-fungible token or the non-blockchain Steam version of the game, then this is a great chance to dive into the game and see what it’s like for yourself.
This special event is being hosted in celebration of the game’s upcoming full Web3 launch, and it not only lets newcomers try out the game for free, but it also gives both new and experienced players a huge content update to enjoy. It’s referred to as the Smash & Dash Update, and it includes a new boss fight, new powers, growth fight updates, weapon updates, audio updates, other boss updates, and other general updates.
