The Harvest Unveils Pre-Alpha Season To Members of Its Community
Solana-based Multiplayer Online Battle Game, The Harvest, prepares to unveil pre-alpha season, beginning with sales of NFT on July 7.
The Harvest will launch its first set of NFT on the 7th of July, and interested players can participate in the pre-alpha season via the official discord channel. The game is undergoing a fast-paced development with weekly live-playing sessions, and the tournament is supported by Guilds and GameFi with cash prizes of up to $2000.
The game entails a group of players from different civilizations fighting against other players to take control of the universe’s essence. Players can kill each other and claim the essence of the enemy’s dead body. However, the most effective way of gathering essence is by attacking the enemy’s base. The gathering of essence adds to the experience points and increases the level of the player’s Hero.
The game features the PvP mode alongside the PvE mode. Players can fight bosses to gain devotees or extra essences. The game is designed to get harder progressively with more dangers and more significant rewards. The developers hope to include more mechanisms in upcoming editions.
Meanwhile, gamers can now play for free but with fewer in-game benefits. Players can join the active community and participate in the “Play and Earn” event on Discord by signing up and earning free NFT cards.
Unveiling The Harvest NFTs
The Harvest game will include five main NFT types: cards (premium or common), boosters, desks, skins and battle tags. There are four different types of Heroes available (Alith, Duke, Sahad and Kira). Cards are the most significant NFT representing abilities and features, rarity and level. Cards can boost the hero's new skills or enhancement, and cards could also be general or hero-specific.
The game has a dual token system, namely $HAR and $EOL. $HAR will be the governance token and $EOL as the in-game reward token. The token will be launched after the game, and the team is working on building a sound, and sustainable internal economy.
Finally, the game has garnered significant PR and investors in a short time with its presence on Twitter, Discord, Youtube and Twitch. The team plans to focus on its roadmap, creation of new heroes, better map management and new PvE mechanics after the first NFT minting event.
