The Sandbox announces the Pimp My Ride VoxEdit Contest in partnership with Dreaming Cars and Beltoise
Submissions have opened on October 24 and will close on November 6 at 11:59 PM UTC. The prize pool includes 15K $SAND and NFTs from the Dreaming Cars collection.
After closing submissions for the rhino.fi VoxEdit Contest, The Sandbox team has announced yet another new creative contest: Pimp My Ride. The goal for this one is to create the “sickest car of the metaverse” using the VoxEdit tool that is designed for modeling, animating and rigging voxel-based NFTs for use in experiences made on the metaverse platform.
This one is sponsored by sports cars brand Beltoise and partner Dreaming Cars, the latter being an NFT collection consisting of two cars: the AC Cobra and the Beltoise BT01, both available in 5 different colors. NFTs from this collection are included in the prize pool which also comprises of 15K $SAND allocated to the top 10 entries. The winner of this competition will get 6K $SAND and 4 BT01 NFTs, while 2nd place is awarded with 3.5K $SAND and 3 BT01 NFTs, 3rd place 2K $SAND and 2 BT01 NFTs, 4th place 500 $SAND and 1 BT01 NFT while entries in the remaining spots get 500 $SAND each.
Submissions opened on October 24 and will close on November 6 at 11:59 PM UTC, while the winners will be announced on November 26.
