The Sandbox announces the rhino.fi VoxEdit Contest
The gaming metaverse platform has partnered with the self-custodial, Layer 2 multi-chain wallet to host a VoxEdit contest where participants are tasked with creating an animated rhino. Submissions are set to close on October 23 at 11:59 PM UTC.
The Sandbox announced last week that they are partnering up with rhino.fi, a self-custodial Layer 2 wallet with multi-chain support, to host a new VoxEdit contest.
The goal of this contest is to create a rhino using VoxEdit, a free tool for making voxel-based models.
Those who'd like to participate can send in an entry starting today, with submissions set to close on October 23 at 11:59 PM UTC. Voting will be handled by staff from both sides and will last from October 24 to November 6, while the winning submissions will be announced on November 12.
The top 10 entries will be rewarded from a prize pool of 15k $SAND, with 1st place earning 6000 $SAND, 2nd 3500 $SAND, 3rd 2000 $SAND and the rest 500 $SAND each.
One of the requirements for submitting an entry is to create a GIF featuring the animated rhino. VoxEdit has support for both animating and rigging, so there's no need to use other creative software to bring your rhino to life.
Alongside this VoxEdit contest, rhino.fi is hosting a bonus trading competition from October 10 to October 23 at 11:59 PM UTC, where 10 lucky users have a chance at earning 500 $DVF from a prize pool of $5000 DVF by cross-chain swapping at least $50 worth of $SAND tokens while holding the same amount of $SAND by the end of the competition.
