The SandBox Launches Rainiverse VoxEdit Contest
The SandBox launches another VoxEdit contest titled The Lords of Light in partnership with Raini.io.
The SandBox begins another week of the VoxEdit contest in partnership with Raini.io, and this contest will be a very competitive trading card game: The Lord of Light. In this card game, players' skills will be tested against other players in a battle for strategic superiority. Players will collect and command armies of favourite crypto legends and mythical creatures in a battle for multiverse domination.
The journey through the Rainiverse will be filled with pitfalls and battles against many friendly and non-friendly creatures. Using the free VoxEdit software, players will be able to make use of their creative skills to depict one of the mythical creatures during gameplay.
A total reward of 15,000 SAND and other special prizes from Raini in the following ways:
- 1st place: 6,000 SAND + 2 premium card packs;
- 2nd place: 3,500 SAND + 1 premium card pack;
- 3rd place: 2,000 SAND + 1 enhanced card pack;
- 4th to 10th place: each receives 500 SAND.
The event will begin on August 16th at 00:00 UTC till August 21st at 23:59 UTC. The voting and reviews will commence from the 22nd of August to the 28th of August. The results will be announced on September 3rd.
Players should create a GIF of fully animated assets using Gyazo. The GIF should be tweeted tagging @VoxEdit and @TheSandboxGame alongside the #VoxEditWeekly hashtag. Finally, players are to fill out a Google form.
Important Entry Guidelines
All low-quality entries, copied entries, and spammed entries with little or no effort will be disqualified at The Sandbox’s discretion. Entries with vulgarity related to sexuality, race or other NSFW will be disqualified. All entries must be made on The SandBox’s free VoxEdit software which is available on Windows and Mac. Players must have thoroughly read the guidelines of the Contest. The Assets should have a maximum of 5000 faces and 175 nodes. The maximum size of an asset is 512 voxels tall (approximately 16 meters). The floor prints' dimensions should not exceed 512 x 512 x 512.
