VOX Souls are now available for owners of VOX NFTs
One Soul can be minted per VOX NFT. There are 12 different Souls, each affecting the personalities of unique VOX avatars.
Gala Labs has released VOX Souls for its VOX ERC-721 collectible NFT characters.
Owners of these voxel-based characters can now mint Souls, which are meant to affect the personalities of these NFTs. By adding a Soul to a VOX, various stats are increased, with a variety of different advantages related to DeFi and games such as VOXverse and VOX Odyssey set to potentially be included in the future. There are 12 different Souls available: Artisan, Hermit, Hunter, Leader, Maverick, Sage, Star, Scholar, Trickster, Healer, Wanderer and Warrior. Each Soul has its own strengths and weaknesses, as well as Souls they can be friends with and ones that they aren’t so good with. The Maverick for example, is an independent, determined and confident Soul who likes to take on various challenges, but can end up being quite egotistical, clashing with The Warrior Soul who tends to like to be domineering, while The Maverick doesn’t like being ordered about.
Only one Soul can be minted per VOX for 0.08 ETH (without taking any gas fees into account).
A VOX is a unique avatar Ethereum-based NFT that is a part of the Gala Games ecosystem. Owning such a character who has randomly-generated traits will unlock various use cases, including the ability to lock $GALA, earn VOXcoin as a gameplay reward, as well as rewards in play-to-earn games on the Gala Games platform, such as Town Star and Mirandus. They can already be placed in Town Star, letting you earn TownCoin by completing daily challenges. There will be a metaverse designed exclusively for VOX NFTs called VOXverse, in development by game designer Will Wright and his game development company, Gallum Studios. Will Wright is known for creating SimCity, Spore, and various other Sim games, including the renowned The Sims franchise.
