WAGMI Defense is Officially Live on Google Play in Closed Beta
The long-awaited Web3 game is now available on Android devices for selected gamers.

Mobile crypto-gaming franchise WAGMI Games has officially launched its flagship title, WAGMI Defense, in closed beta. The early version is now accessible via Google Play for select gamers to playtest.
WAGMI Defense is a human vs. aliens sci-fi tower defense game set in the year 3022, where players compete to destroy the opposing team's main bases by tactically laying traps, as well as offensive and defensive moves. Users can play the game for free, starting with base cards that can be upgraded. For each battle won, players will earn in-game resources – NiFe – and WAGMI tokens for each wager made.
The mobile app also comes packed with a crypto wallet that allows users to buy in-game NFTs with fiat currency. According to the team, all in-game transactions are real purchases, which play a vital role in boosting WAGMI's utility and Genesis rewards' utility. For now, only 5,000 players can join the Beta. More players will be invited as the game gets closer to the soft launch.
To participate in the Beta, players must own a Genesis NFT and sign up for the waitlist here. A confirmation email will be sent, with another email sent to chosen players. Users only need to download the game following the instructions and sign up with their Google account. This will create a custodial wallet that can be used to trade, collect, and buy in-game NFTs. Beta feedback will be used to work on a V2 version of WAGMI Defense before the game's soft launch and global release.
